Water playground
Children enjoy playing with water in the campsite's water playground. The 120 m² water playground with fountains, water buckets and fun water jets provides plenty of coolness in summer. Opening hours change during the season.
Facilities
Both on Kustpark Strand Westende and in the cosy seaside resort itself, you will find bars and restaurants to enjoy a meal or a drink outside. Don't feel like cooking? No need to leave the campsite for a delicious meal!
Sports and playing fields
Your children can play in the various playgrounds or play sports on the sports fields. The play equipment is surrounded by sand. There is also a volleyball court, mini-football and boules area.
BAS. Grill & Terrace
New in 2024! At BAS. you have come to the right place for a bite to eat or a drink. Delicious fish and meat dishes from the grill or lunch. When the weather is nice, enjoy a Belgian special beer on the terrace in the courtyard. Opening hours change during the season.
Shop and sandwiches
The shop is the place to go for your daily groceries. Different types of freshly baked bread are sold here every day. What could be better than starting your holiday with a fresh baguette, sliced bread or croissants?
Snack bar
Fancy Flemish fries or a snack? At the snack bar, you can order delicious crispy chips, various snacks with sauces and, of course, soft drinks. Ideal when you don't feel like cooking for an evening. Opening hours change during the season.
Airtrampoline
Shoes off and jump! Children love trampolines. At Kustpark Strand Westende, your children can have lots of jumping fun. The trampoline is located next to the recreation room. Who can jump the highest?
BestCamp reception
As a Kustpark located on the Kompas campsite, we have our own reception. You will find this on the campsite after the barrier. Check the map (via the menu) to see exactly where you can check in from 16:00 and pick up the key to your accommodation. Bert and Astrid welcome you!
Bike rental
Would you like to explore the area around the campsite by bike? Bike rental (per day) is available at the reception of Kompas Camping. You can choose from standard ladies' and men's bikes, electric bikes and children's bikes. Also ask at reception for cycle routes.
Wi-Fi
At Kustpark Strand Westende, you can use the Internet during your holiday. This keeps you informed of everything and allows you to keep in touch with everyone.
